Privacy policy — English
MomentNotes stores recordings, transcripts, notes, attachments, tasks and optional locations on your device by default. It has no developer account, advertising tracking, or developer-operated data collection service, and does not automatically upload recordings or text to the developer. Apple speech, translation, AI, resource downloads and system backups are subject to Apple services and your settings.
Microphone, speech, notification, reminder, alarm and camera permissions serve the actions you choose. Location recording is off by default; when enabled it attempts one location lookup when a recording starts, stores it locally and does not continuously track you. Photo access is limited to selected photos.
Apple handles payments, subscriptions, refunds and offer codes. StoreKit verifies entitlement transactions; the developer does not receive payment card details. Sharing and exporting occur at your request and the selected service handles those copies. Deleting a local note does not recall exported copies or backups.
For support, email mkong.musician@gmail.com without private recordings or sensitive notes. Information you voluntarily send in support messages is used to address the request; contact the same address for deletion requests.
